👻I have a doctors appointment I'm actually looking forward to. I mentioned on twitter before that I didn't have a family doctor for a couple of years after mine retired. But I am really happy with my new doctor. 

Update: My appointment went well,  going to get some blood work done, and do a sleep study. Our next appointment is in November, and will be around mental health, so let this be a reminder to you, to book an appointment to talk to your doctor about your mental health too

👻Planning a little fall get together with some friends and family, and I'm really excited about it, it's called a "Crow & Trinket Party". Guests wear black and come with trinkets to trade. As the host I've been purchasing more than what guests are expected to bring, I have been painting coaster sets and door signs, I bought tarot charms, tarot cards, keychains, mini pumpkin treat bags, mini skulls and pumpkins, stickers etc. 

👻My mom took me to this thrift store near her place. It was sooo good! It is run by and supports adult with special needs, and the proceeds contribute to their daytime program. It was nice meeting the other workers. There was an awesome cafe inside, and I got this Skore Square/Date, omg it was delicious!! I also scored a lot of really cool stuff, but I think the best part was how great the prices were. I didn't pay more than $3.00 for anything! 👻It's not just full blown Halloween here on HWAH, but in my home as well. We had our first family movie night here, completed with using the new popcorn machine! Can't wait for the next one, when we get to fire up the new cotton candy machine.  Shout out to Dongzilla and BiggDawgg88! 👻Beyonce released a special 20th Anniversary edition of her album B'Day! Hard for me to say one of her best albums, because they're all SOOO good! With it she put out vault songs (that were previously leaked) with new mature vocals mixed in. Imagine me running around my house jumping, and dancing! I was so excited. I just love the way she stacks her vocals, and her range. But patiently waiting for act iii of her trilogy.

👻Erik and I have been playing Boggle on Netflix. It's been really fun, challenging each other. It's crazy how quickly we can lose hours playing. Of course currently I hold the highest score for longest word, most words and most wins, but he definitely gives me a run for my money, and can find words that my eyes NEVER register.

👻Had a nice night with my sister recently, she came over and we played games, watched 3 movies (a 90s classic Practical Magic, an early 00s family film, Johnson Family Reunion, and a 10s comedy, Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates) Then we fell asleep watching Pretty Little Liars 

👻Watched the finale of Project Runway, a show I only started watching this year, but binged a few seasons already. Was pleased with this seasons winner, but really annoyed at the criticism Joseph McCrae got just for being confident in his point of view. The show is about clothes, not being small. Take up space, make a statement and be proud of what you produce.  👻Really sad to hear my grandparents are selling their farm. It feels like another chapter of what is tangibly left of my Dad is ending. Summers spent pretending we were on Little House on the Prairie, pumping water from the well to the mules, bouncing around in this whimsical barn of hay bails, birdwatching while we ate together as a family. Winter sleigh rides that felt out of a hallmark movie, playing with Dads toys from the 70s, including our favorite GI Joe, and every other little family memory we had.

👻I had to cancel my Crow & Trinket party, our family had just had a week of illness run thought the house and by the time of the party it felt more aligned to cancel, and recover.  👻Sat 26th - Erik went to emergency and was admitted. He is currently being monitored closely, and resting. Thank you for the well wishes! We are missing him a lot, and his presence is deeply felt. Things are serious and I'm just really glad he's somewhere safe, getting the important care he needs right now.
